SubSenseX does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Every subscription you add stays locally on your device, and the app never connects to your bank.

What We Collect

SubSenseX does not collect any personal information. The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

Subscription names, amounts, and billing cycles
Renewal dates and reminder preferences
Categories you assign to each subscription
"Last used" marks you set to track forgotten subscriptions
Optional notes you add to a subscription
Your home currency selection

None of this data is ever transmitted off your device.

No Bank Connection

Unlike many subscription trackers, SubSenseX never connects to your bank, credit card, or any financial account. You enter your subscriptions yourself. The app has no access to your transactions, balances, or payment credentials — because it never asks for them.

No Network Requests

SubSenseX works entirely offline. The app makes no network requests of any kind. There are no servers, no user accounts, and no cloud sync. The only exception is the in-app purchase for SubSenseX Pro, which is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit — SubSenseX never sees your payment information.

Third-Party Services

SubSenseX does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or tracking frameworks. SubSenseX Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited subscriptions and CSV export — it is not a recurring subscription and transmits no personal data.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework on your device. Deleting the app permanently removes all stored data. You can also delete any subscription at any time within the app by swiping it away.

Notifications

SubSenseX includes optional local reminders that notify you 2 days before a subscription renews. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device — no notification data is sent to any server.

CSV Export

SubSenseX Pro lets you export your subscription list as a CSV file. This file is created on your device and shared only through the destinations you choose via the standard iOS share sheet (such as Mail or Files). SubSenseX does not upload or retain any copy of exported data.

Children's Privacy

SubSenseX does not collect data from anyone. Since no data leaves the device, there are no age-based restrictions on data handling.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
